    2. Identify the target population of the survey, before which decide the needed demographic information to analyze and understand the results.
    3. Now enters the choice of the most appropriate type of survey.
    4. Decide and draft the type of questions from numerical ranking/rating, yes-no, multiple choice questions, open-ended, or a blend of all.
    5. List down the possible answers for multiple choice questions.
    6. Prepare the final draft of the list of questions and print the same
    7. Conduct the pretest on a small group.
    8. Analyze the results and administer the final test.
